Improve public relations skills through competitions

Attending the contest were: Colonel Tran Van Dinh, Deputy Chief of Politics of the General Department of Logistics; Colonel Tran Van Lieu, Party Secretary, Political Commissar of the Department of Transport, General Department of Logistics.

The 5 teams participating in the contest went through 3 parts: Greeting; knowledge and situation handling; introducing and promoting effective models of mass mobilization work of the unit (in the form of a skit).

The greeting session lasted no more than 5 minutes, the teams briefly introduced the situation of their unit, the stationed area, and their team members in a dramatic form. For the knowledge and situation handling competition, the focus was on new developments in the Resolution of the 13th National Party Congress on mass mobilization work; promoting socialist democracy, building the great national unity bloc; further tightening the close relationship between the Party and the people, relying on the people to build the Party... In the situation handling competition, each team will handle a situation (occurring during the process of mass mobilization work) randomly selected by the computer.

In order for the contest to achieve its goals and requirements, Colonel Nguyen Manh Huan, Political Commissar of Brigade 971, said: With careful and thorough preparation, the contest is the basis for the Party Committee and Brigade commander to evaluate the quality of the team of Party Committee members in charge of mass mobilization work, mass mobilization working groups in agencies and units, especially the ability to propagate and mobilize the people. From there, strengthen leadership and direction measures, continue to build, foster, and constantly improve qualifications and capacity, actively contributing to the innovation and improvement of the quality and effectiveness of the unit's mass mobilization work in the new situation.

Attending and monitoring the direction of the Competition of Brigade 971, Major General Le Tat Cuong, Chief of Politics of the General Department of Logistics, said: "The success of the "Skillful Mass Mobilization" Competition of Brigade 971 affirms the serious participation of Party committees and commanders at all levels, directly the Party Committee and commander of Brigade 971. The unit has closely followed the direction and guidance from above to implement it in its unit to ensure seriousness and high efficiency.
