Portals at all levels play an increasingly important role. Portals are the only way to do two things at the same time: provide information and interact with people. Many portals have increasing traffic, with some sections and specialized pages surpassing some major electronic newspapers.
“We are at a time when we can make an important change. The portals of state agencies can help journalists do their jobs better. We have provided source information and ways to convey information that are both timely and authentic. From there, we can turn the portals into the communication method that people can turn to first in the future,” Deputy Minister Nguyen Thanh Lam affirmed.
