Kinhtedothi - The Standing Committee of Nam Dinh Provincial Party Committee has just issued Decision No. 1415-QD/TU on strengthening the Steering Committee to implement the elimination of temporary and dilapidated houses in the province.
Accordingly, the Steering Committee for the elimination of temporary and dilapidated houses in the province consists of 16 members, headed by Mr. Dang Khanh Toan, Secretary of the Provincial Party Committee.
Mr. Pham Dinh Nghi, Deputy Secretary of the Provincial Party Committee, Chairman of the Provincial People's Committee is the Standing Deputy Head of the Committee; the Deputy Heads include: Mr. Tran Minh Thang, Member of the Provincial Party Committee, Chairman of the Provincial Vietnam Fatherland Front Committee and Mr. Tran Le Doai, Member of the Provincial Party Committee, Vice Chairman of the Provincial People's Committee.
The Steering Committee is responsible for advising the Provincial Party Committee and the Provincial Party Committee Standing Committee to direct and implement the elimination of temporary and dilapidated houses for poor households in Nam Dinh province. The specific tasks of the Steering Committee members are assigned by the Head of the Steering Committee.
The Standing Agency of the Steering Committee is the Provincial People's Committee, the assisting agency of the Steering Committee is the Department of Agriculture and Environment, which is responsible for assisting the Steering Committee in implementing the program to eliminate temporary and dilapidated houses; monitoring and urging the implementation at agencies and units, reporting to the Steering Committee on the implementation results and when problems arise.
The Head of the Steering Committee, Deputy Head of the Steering Committee and the Standing Office of the Steering Committee may use the seal of their agency or unit to direct, operate and handle the work of the Steering Committee.
