On the afternoon of December 25, the People's Committee of Thanh Hoa province held a conference to announce cultural, sports and tourism events in 2025; linking cooperation in tourism development in Thanh Hoa province with provinces and cities across the country.

The total number of tourists reached 15.3 million, reaching 110.9% of the plan; total tourism revenue is estimated at 33,815 trillion VND, reaching 104.4% of the plan.

In 2025, Thanh Hoa province aims to welcome 16 million tourists, with total revenue reaching 45.5 trillion VND.

Speaking at the conference, Permanent Vice Chairman of the Provincial People's Committee Nguyen Van Thi requested departments, branches, units and localities in the province to continue to be proactive and do better in destination management; organize cultural, sports and tourism activities and events that are attractive in content and professional in form.

“Cultural, sports and tourism events and activities need to focus on people and tourists, creating the best conditions for people and tourists to access and participate in events,” the Standing Vice Chairman of the Provincial People's Committee noted.
