Muong Khuong: Launching emulation movement to build "Four good Party cells", "Four good grassroots Party organizations"

On June 28, Muong Khuong District Party Committee held a launching ceremony for the emulation movement to build "Four-good Party cells" and "Four-good grassroots Party organizations".

In recent years, implementing the resolutions and policies of the Central Committee and the Provincial Party Committee on Party building, the Standing Committee of Muong Khuong District Party Committee has proactively concretized them in accordance with local conditions; focusing on leading and directing the work of building a clean and strong Party organization. Up to now, the whole district has 3,860 Party members, operating in 42 Party cells, including 20 Party cells and 22 grassroots Party cells. The classification results in the past 3 years show that the percentage of grassroots Party organizations classified as having completed their tasks well or better is high.

To effectively implement Resolution No. 21-NQ/TW dated June 16, 2022 of the 13th Party Central Committee on strengthening and consolidating grassroots party organizations and improving the quality of party members in the new period; Muong Khuong District Party Committee launched an emulation movement to build the model of "Four-good Party Cells" and "Four-good Grassroots Party Committees".

The model includes 4 contents: completing political tasks well; good quality of life; good solidarity and discipline; good cadres and party members. Muong Khuong district strives to have 100% of party members in the party cell classified as completing tasks well or better every year.

At the ceremony, Muong Khuong District Party Committee signed an emulation agreement with 8 Party cells and grassroots Party committees, including: Muong Khuong town, District Military Command, District Police, Nam Lu commune, Finance - Planning Department, Boarding Secondary and High School for Ethnic Minorities; Justice - Inspection; State Treasury (photo above)

Immediately after the launching ceremony, Muong Khuong District Party Committee requested that Party Committees organize launching ceremonies at their Party Committees, each Party Committee selects at least 20% of its subordinate Party cells to direct as model Party cells of four good branches.
