On November 14, heavy rain occurred in the two mountainous districts of Bac Tra My and Nam Tra My, Quang Nam province, causing many sections to be deeply flooded and landslides on some traffic routes.
Specifically, heavy rain caused the Truong River (Tra Tan commune, Bac Tra My district) to be flooded more than 1 meter deep, vehicles could not circulate and had to take a detour.

Meanwhile, in Nam Tra My district, heavy rain caused landslides on Highway DH5 from Tac Po to Tra Mai, Tra Van and Tra Vinh, causing traffic congestion.
In Tra Leng commune, floodwaters from the Xoan and Leng rivers rushed in, forcing the commune health station to proactively move medical examination and treatment equipment from the first floor to the second floor to prevent flooding and damage.
Faced with the above situation, Nam Tra My district has directed communes to focus on checking the current status of residential areas, offices and schools; prepare forces to evacuate people to safe places; at the same time mobilize vehicles and machinery to clear landslides on route DH5 to ensure travel for people.
