A university opens many new, unique majors, prioritizing IELTS

(Dan Tri) - In the 2025 enrollment season, this university plans to open many new majors/majors, including some that are "unique".

On February 20, information from the Vietnam Aviation Academy stated that in the 2025 enrollment season, the academy plans to open many new majors/specializations in line with development trends, including many unique majors.

Some new majors/specializations that Vietnam Aviation Academy opened in this year's enrollment season include artificial intelligence (AI), Internet of Things (IoT), big data, block chain, unmanned aerial vehicles (UAV), robotics....

In addition, the flight operations management major under the flight operations management major - a major that only the Vietnam Aviation Academy trains nationwide - will be trained with dual degrees in a combination between the Vietnam Aviation Academy, the Vietnam Airlines Pilot School (Vietnam Airlines) and partner flight schools (Czech Republic, South Africa, USA...).

Graduates will receive a flight operations management engineer degree, specializing in flight operations management, and a commercial pilot license from a foreign partner with full certifications recognized by Vietnamese and international aviation authorities.

This year, the academy plans to enroll more than 4,500 students in 13 majors and 38 specializations using 5 admission methods.

Admission methods include priority for excellent students/IELTS; based on the results of the 2025 high school graduation exam; based on high school academic results; based on the results of the competency assessment exam organized by Ho Chi Minh City National University and Hanoi National University in 2025; direct admission according to the regulations of the Ministry of Education and Training.
