A suburban district of Hanoi continuously auctions land, collecting more than 780 billion VND

According to Mr. Thuc, since the beginning of the year, Me Linh district has successfully organized 8 land use rights auctions, collecting 780.82 billion VND in budget revenue.

Most recently, on June 7, the auction of 54 land plots in Tam Dong and Tien Thinh communes was successfully held, helping to raise nearly 200 billion VND for the budget. 197 customers with 604 applications participated. The total winning bid for the entire session was 186.5 billion VND, a difference of 52.4 billion VND compared to the starting price.

Specifically, the result, point X1, Gan village, Van Loi hamlet, Tam Dong commune successfully auctioned 2/2 plots of land; the highest winning bid was 42.6 million VND/m2. The total winning bid for the above 2 plots of land was 12.5 billion VND, a difference of 3.2 billion VND compared to the starting price.

At Chu Tran village, Tien Thinh commune, 52/52 plots were successfully auctioned; the highest winning bid was 70.8 million VND/m2. The total winning bid for the 52 plots was 174 billion VND, a difference of 49.2 billion compared to the starting price.

Previously, at the end of March, the auction of land use rights for 30 plots of land at point X2, residential group No. 4, Quang Minh town and Quan Cho area, Bong Mac village, Lien Mac commune was also successfully organized, collecting more than 130 billion VND for the budget, 60 billion VND higher than the starting price.
