This morning, October 19, MoMo e-wallet users encountered a login error and then, a few users reported that their e-wallets were not synchronized with the wallet balance display.
Regarding the above issue, in the evening of the same day, MoMo responded specifically: At around 7:30 a.m. on October 19, the MoMo system underwent maintenance, affecting the experience of logging in as well as using services on the application. By 11:30 a.m. on the same day, users were able to log in to the application and use normal services of transferring, receiving money, paying, etc.
At noon of the same day, MoMo also recorded a few random customers experiencing unsynchronized wallet balance display and with this problem, MoMo completely fixed it at 3:00 p.m., users just need to log out and log back in to synchronize.
According to observations, by 4 p.m. the same day, most other services on MoMo were back to normal. MoMo apologized to users for the bad experience and committed to ensuring customers' complete peace of mind about their information, accounts and money in MoMo, which are absolutely safe.
