After two weeks of launching the "Make in Vietnam Digital Technology Product" Award in 2024, the Ministry of Information and Communications recently sent a document inviting the Vietnamese digital business community to complete their applications and participate in the award.

“Make in Vietnam Digital Technology Products” is a prestigious and official award in the field of information technology and communications of the Ministry of Information and Communications. The award is presented annually to Vietnamese organizations and enterprises with excellent digital technology products researched, designed, created and manufactured in Vietnam. These are highly localized products, capable of solving Vietnam's problems well. At the same time, these are also Vietnamese technology products that are not only successful in Vietnam but also targeting the international market. The 2024 award has 8 categories, including 5 categories of outstanding digital technology products in the following fields: Industry and construction; Agriculture , resources and environment; Transport, post and logistics; Education, health, culture, society; Finance, banking, trade, services; In addition, there are also outstanding digital technology products for foreign markets; Outstanding New Digital Technology Products and Potential Digital Technology Products. The Ministry of Information and Communications will coordinate with the Vietnam Chamber of Commerce and Industry (VCCI) to select and award Gold, Silver, Bronze and Top 10 prizes for the best digital technology products. The Ministry of Information and Communications is committed to accompanying the award-winning enterprises to bring digital technology products to a wider market and further.
Through the award, the Ministry of Information and Communications supports Vietnamese enterprises in promoting trade, investment, promoting domestic consumption, boosting exports for new products, services, solutions and business models. The award also contributes to bringing digital application innovations of digital technology enterprises into the process of promoting labor productivity in all industries and fields, thereby promoting the industrialization and modernization of the country. After 5 years of organization, the "Make in Vietnam Digital Technology Product" Award has been awarded to 234 digital technology products. Many products of enterprises receiving the award have been applied in practice, contributing significantly to the national digital transformation, promoting the digital transformation process of industries and fields more quickly and effectively. The Award has created a ripple effect, further promoting the development of the Vietnamese information technology and digital technology industry and the policy and strategy of "Make in Vietnam" - Creation, design and production in Vietnam. The deadline for receiving registration and application documents for the Award is October 22, 2024, online at the website: http://giaithuong.makeinvietnam.mic.gov.vn. The award ceremony is expected to be held in December 2024 within the framework of the National Forum on Developing Vietnamese Digital Technology Enterprises.
