On November 26, 2024, Deputy Prime Minister Le Thanh Long signed Decision No. 1473/QD-TTg to rank 6 national special relics nationwide, including: Architectural and artistic relic of the Complex of Communal House, Temple and Pagoda of Tien Luc, Lang Giang District (Bac Giang); Architectural and artistic relic of Dinh Bang Communal House, Tu Son City (Bac Ninh); Historical - architectural and artistic relic of Da Hoa - Da Trach Relic Site, Khoai Chau District (Hung Yen);
Historical relics of Le Huu Trac's Tomb and Memorial Site, Huong Son District (Ha Tinh); Historical relics of Ho Chi Minh Trail at Sea: Hai Phong City, Phu Yen Province, Ba Ria - Vung Tau Province, Ca Mau Province; Historical relics of the 105mm Artillery Site of Company 805, Dien Bien Phu City and Dien Bien District (Dien Bien), added to the Dien Bien Phu Battlefield Special National Monument ranked in Decision No. 1272/QD-TTg dated August 12, 2009 of the Prime Minister.

For Ha Tinh province, this is the second relic ranked as a special national relic, after Nguyen Du Memorial Site ranked in 2012.
In addition, Dong Loc T-junction and the Forward Command of the General Department of Logistics, Commands 559 and 500, Huong Khe district are two points belonging to the special national relic of Truong Son Road - Ho Chi Minh Road.

Ha Tinh has actively implemented activities and tasks, promoting propaganda work towards the 300th anniversary of Hai Thuong Lan Ong Le Huu Trac's birth, including the main activities that will take place in December 2024: incense offering ceremony at the Tomb and Temple of the Great Physician Hai Thuong Lan Ong Le Huu Trac (Huong Son, Ha Tinh); coordinating the organization of a scientific seminar taking place in Hung Yen province; exhibition on the heritage of Hai Thuong Lan Ong Le Huu Trac in Ha Tinh... In particular, the national celebration is expected to be held in Ha Tinh on December 27, 2024 in Ha Tinh city with the ceremony and art program "One hundred years, a thousand years of Hai Thuong Lan Ong"; fireworks display to welcome the new year.

Being ranked as a special national monument on the occasion of the 300th anniversary of Hai Thuong Lan Ong's birth (1724 - 2024) will increase the significance of the monument, opening a new milestone in the journey of preserving and promoting the heritage values of Hai Thuong Lan Ong Le Huu Trac in his homeland of Ha Tinh and the whole country, contributing to the success of the 300th anniversary of the birth and honor of the Great Physician held on December 27, 2024.
