On September 15, the Central Relief Mobilization Committee, the Central Committee of the Vietnam Fatherland Front, announced that it had issued decisions to allocate the first round of donations to the Relief Mobilization Committees of 20 provinces and cities affected by storm Yagi.
According to the public list, the first allocation for 20 localities is 385 billion VND.
Specifically, 30 billion VND/province was transferred to Lao Cai, Yen Bai, Phu Tho, Bac Giang, Thai Nguyen, Hoa Binh, Lang Son, Cao Bang provinces and 20 billion VND to Tuyen Quang province.
The provinces of Thai Binh, Hung Yen, Hai Duong, Lai Chau, Son La, Dien Bien, and Bac Kan each received 15 billion VND. The provinces of Ninh Binh, Bac Ninh, Nam Dinh, and Ha Giang each received 5 billion VND.

The Central Committee of the Vietnam Fatherland Front will continue to review the remaining funds to allocate as soon as possible to localities affected by storms and floods.
It is expected that on September 16, the Central Relief Mobilization Committee will continue to allocate the second round of support based on the level of damage in each locality.
The Central Relief Mobilization Committee will continue to update and publicize the list of supporting organizations and individuals and the allocation of support resources to localities affected by storm No. 3 on mass media.
The Vietnam Fatherland Front has made public more than 14,000 pages of statements of donations to people affected by storm Yagi through 3 bank accounts: Vietcombank, VietinBank, BIDV.
By 5:00 p.m. on September 14, organizations and individuals had donated cash and transferred VND 1,001 billion to the Central Relief Mobilization Committee's account.
