According to the assessment of the Department of Industry and Trade of An Giang, when implementing sales on e-commerce platforms, businesses increased their revenue by about 20% compared to before. However, the rate of businesses and cooperatives in the province participating in sales on e-commerce platforms is still low.

Besides, enterprises, cooperatives, and production households also face difficulties in trading and managing products on e-commerce platforms due to lack of human resources and business skills.
