Ly Hoang Nam participates in tennis tournament with prize of 600 million VND

Ly Hoang Nam is currently ranked 231st in the world. This is the highest ranking a Vietnamese tennis player has achieved. During his career, the tennis player born in 1997 won the 30th and 31st SEA Games.

The first Northern Tennis Forum Open tennis tournament was organized by the cooperation between the Northern Tennis Forum and the Hanoi Tennis Federation.

Ly Hoang Nam confirmed to participate in the 2023 Northern Tennis Forum Open tennis tournament.

Participants are professional and amateur athletes who have participated and have points on the Northern Tennis Forum Ranking (abbreviated as TMBR - Tennis Mien Bac Ranking).

The tournament includes 7 doubles events (men's doubles, mixed doubles, women's doubles) from low to high levels on the Northern Tennis Forum rankings. Currently, the tournament is still in the registration process (deadline December 1, 2023). The organizers expect the tournament to gather more than 500 amateur, semi-professional and professional athletes nationwide.

The total prize value is 600 million VND. The tournament is expected to take place from December 8-10, 2023 at Hanaka Paris Oceanpark International Standard Court Complex and neighboring courts.

Mr. Tran Dai Nghia - General Secretary of Hanoi Tennis Federation said that organizing this year's tournament aims to promote the tennis training movement in Hanoi as well as many other provinces and cities. At the same time, this is also an opportunity for fans to watch the top tennis players in the country compete live.

After this tournament, the Hanoi Tennis Federation plans to continue to coordinate with the Northern Tennis Forum to organize many meaningful playgrounds for tennis lovers in the North.
