Binh Thuan Phu Quy Island in peak tourist season, has more homestays, food and entertainment services, providing many options for tourists.
Phu Quy Island is one of the recently popular beach tourist destinations. In April 2023, after the Dau Giay - Phan Thiet expressway opened to traffic, travel became more convenient, making Phu Quy Island "unprecedentedly crowded" on April 30.
This year, according to Mr. Bui Quoc Le, a tour guide in Phu Quy, the number of accommodations on the island has increased significantly, allowing more overnight guests to stay, overcoming the situation of guests having to sleep in the hallways of motels like last year. There are also more food and beverage services and experiences, and electricity, fresh water and Internet are available. Some of Mr. Le's notes below will help visitors have a more convenient time when coming to Phu Quy.
Time on the island
The best season in Phu Quy is the dry season, from about January to June. Of which, March to May is the peak, when the sea is less rough, convenient for travel.
