Besides focusing on production and business development, Long Hau Ceramics Joint Stock Company always does a good job in Party building and political organization system. From a Party organization with only 18 members after equitization, it now has 4 affiliated Party cells with 69 members; the leadership capacity and fighting strength of the Party organization are constantly improved; the content and operation methods of political organizations in the enterprise have many innovations, creating strong confidence for cadres and employees.

Long Hau has a precious tradition that the more difficult the Company's staff and workers are, the more dynamic, creative, united they are to develop the enterprise and take care of the workers' lives to improve. Long Hau Ceramics Joint Stock Company is one of the large enterprises that has made important contributions to the socio-economic development of the province and actively shares with the community, fulfilling social responsibilities to create a beautiful corporate culture.
