HHV's after-tax profit reached VND 239 billion in the first 6 months of 2024
Accumulated in the first 6 months of 2024, Deo Ca Transport Infrastructure Joint Stock Company (stock code - HHV) recorded revenue of more than 1,503 billion VND, profit after tax reached 239 billion VND.

HHV has just announced its Q2/2024 Financial Report with consolidated revenue reaching nearly VND 814 billion, after-tax profit reaching VND 125 billion, growth of 32.9% and 14% respectively over the same period in 2023.
The two main segments that contributed the majority of revenue were construction and toll collection. Of which, construction revenue reached VND302 billion, up 58.14% over the same period last year. Toll revenue reached more than VND485 billion, up 19.9% over the same period in 2023.
Accumulated in the first 6 months of 2024, HHV's revenue reached more than 1,503 billion VND, an increase of 30.56% compared to the first 6 months of 2023. Profit after tax reached nearly 239 billion VND, an increase of more than 24% over the same period. With this result, HHV has completed 59% of the 2024 profit plan.
Construction and installation activities brought in revenue of more than VND 498 billion, an increase of 51.94% over the same period in 2023, contributing 33% to HHV's total revenue in the first 6 months of the year. This is considered a "sweet fruit" for half a year of efforts to implement traffic infrastructure projects across the country.
In the first half of this year, HHV completed and put into operation the Cam Lam - Vinh Hao Expressway Project from the end of April 2024. In addition, the Company also started the Dong Dang - Tra Linh Expressway PPP Project Phase 1 and the Huu Nghi - Chi Lang Expressway PPP Project with a total investment of VND 25,300 billion.
HHV is also speeding up the construction progress of the North-South Expressway Eastern Component Project, Quang Ngai - Hoai Nhon section with a construction contract value of more than 14,500 billion VND.
The toll collection segment also contributed the majority of revenue with VND 962 billion, accounting for 64% of HHV's total revenue in the first 6 months of 2024, an increase of more than 21% over the same period in 2023 thanks to positive growth in traffic volume.
HHV representative said that in the first 6 months of 2024, the traffic volume through the routes operated by the company reached more than 11.9 million vehicles, an increase of 13% compared to the first 6 months of 2023. On average, BOT toll stations are estimated to bring the company more than 5.3 billion VND per day.
