The notice of the first round of the 2025 capacity assessment exam of Ho Chi Minh City National University has been available at the candidates' registration accounts since the morning of March 21 (2 days earlier than the plan announced by the examination council).

Having trouble getting the exam notice, what should I do?

Candidates log in to their personal accounts on the exam homepage to view, check and print their exam admission notices from now until the exam date (March 30).

However, over the past two days, many candidates have reported having difficulty receiving their exam notices or that the information on the notices is not accurate. As of this morning, March 23, many candidates have been struggling all day and still have not been able to check their exam notices.

Candidate Bich Hanh said: "After accessing my personal account, I clicked on the exam notice but saw nothing. I tried many times and the system only showed loading but it still didn't work."

In addition, many candidates are still unable to access their personal accounts in the system and often encounter display errors. Candidates said they tried to log in to their accounts on their phones many times but were unsuccessful, even after trying to change to another network.

According to Dr. Nguyen Quoc Chinh - Director of the Center for Testing and Training Quality Assessment - Ho Chi Minh City National University, candidates who have successfully registered for the exam and paid the fee can receive the exam notice by logging into their account.

Exam notices are not sent by post or email. Candidates must print them themselves and bring them to the exam room.

"Sometimes, the number of candidates accessing is very large, which affects your login. Therefore, candidates can wait a little longer to access without encountering login errors," said Mr. Chinh.

The representative of the Center for Testing and Training Quality Assessment noted that if logging into the system using the Safari browser fails to load the exam notice, you can open it using the Chrome browser (save the pdf file for printing).

Candidates should log in on the computer to check and print the exam admission notice.

If you want to print the exam notice on your phone, you need to connect the printer to the same network. If you do not see the "exam notice" button in your account, it may be because your application and payment have not been confirmed yet. Candidates should contact the Testing and Training Quality Assessment Center directly for verification.

The exam notice is printed on A4 size, ensuring full personal information, the red note section may be missing in some cases printed in black and white, which will not affect the results.

How to edit account information and exam notice?

Meanwhile, many candidates have seen their exam notices but discovered that some personal information was incorrect: full name, gender, date of birth... and do not know how to correct it.

Regarding this, the Center for Testing and Training Quality Assessment - Ho Chi Minh City National University, notes that if incorrect information is detected in the account and exam notice, including personal information (full name, date of birth, gender); citizen identification number (candidate entered the wrong number when registering for an account), on the exam day, candidates must arrive at least 30 minutes earlier than the prescribed time (7-7:30) and contact the examination council room to correct and update before the exam time.

Candidates can also edit in the exam room before the exam.

As for contact information (contact address, permanent address, phone number), place of birth, date of issue of citizen identification card, place of issue of ID card, high school study history, after the end of the first round of exams in 2025, from March 31, candidates can adjust themselves in the account registered for the competency assessment exam.

55 test locations for capacity assessment in 25 provinces and cities

The first round of the 2025 Ho Chi Minh City National University Competency Assessment Exam will take place on the morning of March 30 in 25 provinces and cities from Hue to Ca Mau with 55 testing locations at jointly organized universities.

Ho Chi Minh City is the locality with the most testing locations with 17 testing locations. Next is Dong Nai with 4 testing locations, Binh Duong has 3 testing locations. The remaining provinces and cities have 1-2 testing locations.

According to statistics, 63 provinces and cities across the country have candidates registered for the first round of the 2025 competency assessment exam. However, many localities have only 1 or 2 candidates registered.

Among the candidates registered for the first round of exams, Ho Chi Minh City has the largest number of candidates (40,967) and 40,452 candidates have paid the exam confirmation fee.
