Hau Loc District Labor Federation launched a response to "Workers' Month" in 2024

On April 21, the Hau Loc District Labor Federation held a launching ceremony to respond to "Workers' Month" and "Month of action on occupational safety and hygiene" in 2024.

Leaders of the Provincial and Hau Loc District Labor Federations awarded funds to support the construction of "Union Shelters" for union members with difficult housing circumstances.

At the ceremony, the leaders of Hau Loc District Labor Federation launched "Workers' Month"; "Month of action on occupational safety and hygiene" in 2024. For "Workers' Month" to be highly effective, the Standing Committee of the District Labor Federation called on departments, offices, units, enterprises and trade union organizations to join hands with workers. Mobilize resources, seek partners according to the union member welfare program to visit and support workers in difficult circumstances, seriously ill, and having work-related accidents; support the construction of "Union Shelter" houses; organize propaganda, cultural and sports activities, honor excellent workers and laborers who have made many contributions to the unit....

Leaders of the Provincial Labor Federation, Hau Loc District and District Labor Federation presented gifts to workers in difficult circumstances.

At the same time, business owners are requested to strictly comply with regulations on labor safety and hygiene; strictly implement policies and regimes for employees. The staff, union members and employees uphold the sense of responsibility, demonstrate determination and creativity, constantly study and practice to improve their political level, education, skills, expertise and legal knowledge, strive to achieve the highest efficiency in production and work, contributing to the sustainable development of agencies, units and enterprises.

At the launching ceremony, leaders of the Provincial Federation of Labor, Hau Loc District and the District Federation of Labor awarded funding to support the construction of "Union Shelters" for 3 union members with housing difficulties worth 115 million VND; and presented 70 gifts to union members, workers with serious illnesses, and workers in especially difficult circumstances worth over 110 million VND.
