On September 1 and 2, 2024, Ha Long city will organize a hot air balloon festival with the theme "Heritage City - Colors of Ha Long" at 30.10 Square and Ocean Park Beach.
The festival includes activities such as hot air balloon flights from 7am to 9am and from 4:30pm every day; visiting inside the hot air balloon at 30/10 Square from 7:30am to 9:30am and from 3:30pm every day. The hot air balloon lantern night will be held from 7:30pm on September 1st at 30/10 Square and from 7:30pm on September 2nd at Ocean Park.
In addition to experiencing the feeling of real flight, visitors will have the opportunity to admire the entire Heritage City from above with its majestic and poetic beauty.
All of the above activities are held according to a fixed daily schedule of the Ha Long City People's Committee. In addition, free tickets (or cards) will be issued to control the number of visitors.

On the occasion of National Day September 2, Quang Binh province will organize a series of attractive sports and cultural programs and activities in districts and cities.
In Le Thuy district and Quang Ninh district, traditional boat racing and rowing festivals were held on August 30, September 1 and September 2 respectively. Incense offering activities at the General Vo Nguyen Giap Memorial House and Ben Pha Quan Hau Historical Site took place on August 31.

According to the Department of Culture and Sports of Da Nang City, the city will organize more than 25 meaningful cultural, sports and artistic activities to celebrate the September 2 holiday.
The highlight of this series of activities starts from August 28 to September 7. Notable among them are the screening of films celebrating the 79th anniversary of the August Revolution and National Day September 2 at Le Do Cinema (August 28 - August 30), the "Da Nang Reading Culture" festival (August 30 - September 7)...

To celebrate September 2, the Department of Culture and Sports of Ho Chi Minh City announced that it will organize an exhibition to introduce photo documents of the city's development process and outstanding achievements in many fields. The exhibition will be open free of charge from August 16 to September 6 at Lam Son Park.
