Muong Hoa Sa Pa Food Festival was packed with visitors on the first day.
Gathering hundreds of unique dishes, Muong Hoa Sa Pa Food Festival has opened a journey to discover rich and flavorful Northwest cuisine for each participating diner.
In particular, the festival has many dishes considered to be trademarks and specialties of the Northwest region, prepared directly by local chefs such as: thang co hotpot, black pork, black chicken, grilled bamboo rice, Bac Ha pho...
At the Muong Hoa Sa Pa Food Festival, diners can discover interesting culinary stories told by Sa Pa people themselves through the activity of cooking 100 giant five-color bamboo-tube rice tubes.
The "Bottomless Stomach" challenge - the experience of eating a giant bowl of Bac Ha pho, rich and attractive, with a quantity of 900 grams of pho, 900 grams of meat, 1.5 liters of water also attracts many tourists to participate.
The Muong Hoa Sa Pa Food Festival is bustling and exciting, bringing the atmosphere of a true Northwest festival with cheerful panpipe melodies.
Traditional games such as stick pushing and sandbag throwing make everyone who comes here eager to experience them.
Also at the festival, visitors eagerly took photos to check-in with the corn wall, brocade wall, etc., decorated like the porch and kitchen of the Mong people.
