With a thin, transparent dough shell, inside is fresh shrimp that is lightly seasoned, retaining its natural sweetness. Each dumpling is steamed to perfection, keeping its softness and deliciousness.

Shrimp dumplings are highly appreciated by diners because the chefs who make this dim sum are invited masters from Guangdong. Each dumpling will have a very similar weight, the dumpling skin is super thin but does not tear when picked up, and the shrimp filling is just cooked, always fresh and hot.

The highlight of this dish is the melted, fatty salted egg filling wrapped in a soft, smooth dough.

These dumplings must be steamed at moderate heat to ensure the filling does not dry out.

Add toppings such as chicken eggs, vegetables or shredded chicken to enhance the flavor. In addition to fried noodles, there are also Indonesian-style soto-flavored noodles, prepared by cooking noodles in fragrant soto-flavored broth made from lemongrass, lime leaves and turmeric. Add shredded chicken, fried onions and lemon to increase the appeal. In addition to regular noodle dishes, Sedaap noodles can also be eaten raw as a snack with a slightly salty and crispy taste.
