Designer Le Ngoc Lam has been associated with Miss Le Hoang Phuong for more than 5 years, since she competed in Miss Universe Vietnam 2019 .

Le Ngoc Lam has designed many dresses for Le Hoang Phuong to wear at important events.

Inspired by the sea of Khanh Hoa - the hometown of Miss Le Hoang Phuong, Le Ngoc Lam designed the costumes she wore at Miss Grand Vietnam and Miss Grand International 2023.

Design inspired by waves and sand

Recently, in the final night of Miss Grand Vietnam 2024 held in Binh Thuan, Le Hoang Phuong wore a design called Rhythm of the Sand designed by Le Ngoc Lam.

In this dress, she confidently took her final steps as Miss, before handing over the crown to Vo Le Que Anh from Quang Nam.

Designer Le Ngoc Lam said the dress was inspired by the coastal area of Khanh Hoa. Specifically, the design simulates the beauty of the interplay between day and night in the coastal area.

He designed on a transparent material background combined with draping technique, showing white foam waves and sparkling sea surface.

The highlight of this design is thousands of sparkling crystals, Swarovski stones, sequins... meticulously attached.

Previously, Le Hoang Phuong wore a design called Seasick on the coronation night of Miss Grand Vietnam 2023 , a year ago.

The design uses white and silver as the main colors. Le Ngoc Lam uses the attachment technique to create 3D wave shapes.

The designer added fringe to the body of the dress, creating an effect when moving.

In this design, Le Ngoc Lam also used a lot of stones, crystals, and beads to create light when performing on stage.

Swan Lake with 300 hours of making

The dress named Swan worn by Le Hoang Phuong in the semi-final night of Miss Grand International 2023 received many compliments.

This design was inspired by the image of a swan by Le Ngoc Lam - a symbol of beauty and loyalty.

It took the designer and a team of 7 people 300 hours to make this dress.

The most laborious step is attaching small beads all over the surface of the dress so that they are aligned, or shaped as desired.

The highlight of the design is the creation of two 3D swans on the chest of the dress.

Also at the Miss Grand International 2023 contest, Le Hoang Phuong wore the Wave Crest Dress design in the final night.

The dress is made of see-through mesh fabric, embellished with 3,500 crystals and more than 1,000 Swarovski crystals.

The implementation time took hundreds of working hours with a team of skilled craftsmen.

The image of the wave is meticulously designed, creating a 3D effect, representing elegance and power.

Le Hoang Phuong won the 4th runner-up title in the Miss Grand International 2023 contest.

Miss Le Hoang Phuong was born in 1995, from Khanh Hoa province, graduated from Ho Chi Minh City University of Technology.

She is 1.76m tall, with measurements of 86-61-94 (cm). She won the crown of Miss Grand Vietnam 2023. At the Miss Grand International 2023 contest, she won the title of 4th runner-up.
