On November 7, Mr. Tran Anh Dung, Permanent Vice Chairman of Nam Dinh Provincial People's Committee, said that the province had just received a notice from the Ministry of Planning and Investment regarding the appraisal of the dossier for establishing Ninh Co Economic Zone.
The announcement of the Ministry of Planning and Investment was sent to the ministries of: National Defense, Public Security, Finance, Construction, Industry and Trade, Transport, Natural Resources and Environment, Agriculture and Rural Development, Culture, Sports and Tourism.
Previously, the Ministry of Planning and Investment received a report from the People's Committee of Nam Dinh province, submitted to the Prime Minister on the establishment of Ninh Co Economic Zone.
Pursuant to the direction of Deputy Prime Minister Le Minh Khai, the Ministry of Planning and Investment requests that the above-mentioned agencies give their opinions on the dossier for establishing Ninh Co Economic Zone.
The Ministry of National Defense and the Ministry of Public Security have opinions on ensuring national defense and security; related contents in the field of national defense and security.
The Ministry of Natural Resources and Environment has opinions on meeting environmental protection conditions according to regulations of law on environmental protection; related contents in the field of environmental protection.
The Ministry of Finance has opinions on mobilizing resources to invest in building technical infrastructure, social infrastructure and developing production and business, including State budget capital to develop Ninh Co Economic Zone; socio-economic efficiency of the economic zone; related contents in the financial field.
The Ministry of Transport has opinions on connecting the transport infrastructure of Ninh Co Economic Zone with areas outside the economic zone; developing transport infrastructure, including seaports and dry ports inside Ninh Co Economic Zone; and related contents in the field of transport.
The Ministry of Industry and Trade has opinions on the development goals of Ninh Co Economic Zone, the development of trade, services and industry associated with the economic zone's driving projects; related contents in the field of industry and trade.
The Ministry of Construction has opinions on the organization of space and functional areas of economic zones; related contents in the field of construction.
