Leaders of the Provincial Fatherland Front Committee congratulated the Buddha's Birthday at Truc Lam Chinh Phap Zen Monastery, Tuyen Quang .

Representatives of the Provincial Party Committee's Mass Mobilization Commission and the Provincial Fatherland Front Committee visited, presented gifts and sent congratulations to the dignitaries, monks, nuns and Buddhists to celebrate the Buddha's Birthday with joy, peace and success in their religious work. The comrades acknowledged the positive contributions of the Executive Committee of the Vietnam Buddhist Sangha of Tuyen Quang Province, the abbot of the Zen monastery, dignitaries, monks, nuns and Buddhists in building and consolidating the great national unity bloc, participating in humanitarian and charitable activities, contributing to the socio- economic development, national defense and security in the locality.

The comrades requested that dignitaries, with their roles and prestige, continue to uphold the spirit of being exemplary, propagating and mobilizing monks, nuns and Buddhists to strictly implement the Party's guidelines and policies, the State's laws and policies on religion, actively respond to and participate in patriotic emulation movements, build new rural areas, promote the tradition of "protecting the country, bringing peace to the people", and build the homeland to develop more and more.

Leaders of the Provincial Party Committee's Mass Mobilization Commission congratulate the Executive Committee of the Vietnam Buddhist Sangha in Tuyen Quang province.

Tuyen Quang currently has 31 Buddhist establishments with nearly 18,300 Buddhists. Buddha's Birthday is one of the three major holidays of the year for Buddhism. On this occasion, pagodas and monasteries organize cultural activities, float parades, release flower lanterns, organize charity activities, visit and give gifts to prestigious monks, nuns and Buddhists; Buddhists do not kill, eat vegetarian food and come to pagodas to help with charity work, listen to lectures on life...
