On behalf of the Party Committee, government and people of Quang Nam province, Standing Deputy Secretary of the Provincial Party Committee Nguyen Duc Dung sent his warm regards and deep condolences to all cadres, soldiers and people of Thai Binh province, especially people in areas affected by floods.
Comrade Nguyen Duc Dung believes that with the attention of the Party and State; the sharing of localities across the country and with the spirit of solidarity, responsibility, and strong will to rise up, Thai Binh province will overcome difficulties, quickly overcome the consequences of natural disasters, and stabilize life.
* In the afternoon of the same day, Comrade Nguyen Duc Dung - Standing Deputy Secretary of the Provincial Party Committee, Chairman of the People's Council of Quang Nam province visited and encouraged the officials and people of Hai Phong city after storm No. 3. Joining the delegation were Vice Chairman of the Provincial People's Committee Ho Quang Buu and representatives of the leadership of the Vietnam Fatherland Front Committee of the province.
Receiving the delegation of Quang Nam province were comrade Do Manh Hien - Standing Deputy Secretary of Hai Phong City Party Committee and representatives of the leaders of Hai Phong City People's Council - People's Committee - Vietnam Fatherland Front Committee.
During the visit, the leaders of Hai Phong City People's Committee quickly informed the delegation of Quang Nam province about the human and property damage caused by storm No. 3 and the work to overcome the consequences.
Standing Deputy Secretary of Quang Nam Provincial Party Committee - Nguyen Duc Dung expressed his understanding, sympathy and sharing with the Party Committee, government and people of Hai Phong City. At the same time, he said that during the resistance war against the US as well as every time natural disasters occurred, Quang Nam always received support from the Party Committee and people of Hai Phong City. Comrade Nguyen Duc Dung believes that with the consensus of the entire political system and the joint efforts of the people, Hai Phong City will soon return to normal life and complete its political tasks in 2024.
