On December 25, in Hanoi, the Vietnam Maritime Administration held a conference to review the work in 2024 and deploy the plan for 2025, with the participation of leaders of agencies and units under the Ministry of Transport (MOT), the Maritime Administration, associations, and enterprises in the fields of maritime, shipping, and logistics... Mr. Bui Minh Truc - General Director of THILOGI attended and delivered a speech at the conference.
At the conference, Minister of Transport Tran Hong Minh highly appreciated the achievements of the maritime industry in 2024; at the same time, directed the completion of institutions and policies, ensuring the legal system is consistent with reality and creates favorable conditions for businesses; encouraged private units operating in the maritime sector to promote the role and advantages of the seaport system, continuing to make important contributions to the development of the transport industry and the country's socio-economy.
Speaking at the conference, Mr. Bui Minh Truc - General Director of THILOGI presented the role of Chu Lai International Port in the Central region and the development orientation of the Group in the coming time. Over the past 10 years, Chu Lai International Port has contributed to creating a vibrant container transport market, developing strongly in the region, opening up many opportunities for connecting trans-Asian and international trade for businesses. Chu Lai International Port is expected to become a seaport - container logistics service center in the Central and Central Highlands regions according to the Planning of Quang Nam province for the period 2021-2030, with a vision to 2050.
