With the vision of becoming the leading logistics service provider in Vietnam, from 2022, the Group will focus on implementing three strategic tasks, including: perfecting the full-package logistics model; investing in infrastructure, vehicles and equipment; improving service quality and expanding the business network.

The Group also invested in a modern, high-capacity crane system including: STS gantry crane and RTG frame crane to improve lifting and unloading capacity and shorten cargo handling time. The warehouse and container yard system has also been expanded with specialized subdivisions such as: bonded warehouse, CFS warehouse, warehouse, regular and refrigerated container yard, meeting the needs of storing and preserving goods.
At the same time, the port cooperates with many international shipping lines to expand direct shipping routes to major ports in China, Korea, Japan, Thailand, India, the US, etc., creating favorable conditions for import and export businesses.
Exploiting deep-water ports with modern, high-capacity loading and unloading equipment.
For road transport activities, the company invests in a large number of specialized means of transport (tractors, semi-trailers, etc.); at the same time, it expands its branch and depot system, develops a domestic transport network in Vietnam, Laos, Cambodia and international transport, thereby increasing its capacity to serve each key market with a variety of goods: fresh fruits, livestock, agricultural supplies, animal feed, cold goods, machinery and equipment, etc.
In the coming time, THILOGI will implement a plan to invest in large, modern container ships that meet emission requirements, exploit direct shipping routes from Chu Lai to China, Korea, and Japan; expand the refrigerated container yard with a total area of nearly 25,000m2; add more large-capacity tugboats at Chu Lai international port. Therefore, THILOGI focuses on perfecting the operating system, building many optimal logistics solutions, improving service quality at each stage, applying flexible business policies suitable for each customer. Currently, THILOGI's transportation service price is 10% lower than the market price, service fees at Chu Lai port are also 5 - 20% lower than other ports in the region .

Expanding network, "covering" brand
To expand and "cover" the logistics service chain in key economic areas, especially in the Central region, Central Highlands, Laos, and Cambodia, THILOGI is focusing on building and developing a system of branches, offices, and depots in strategic areas and international border gates (where many vital routes are concentrated).
Currently, THILOGI's branch and office system is present in many major cities in Vietnam such as: Hanoi, Hai Phong, Gia Lai, Quang Nam, Dong Nai, Ho Chi Minh City, and in countries such as Korea, Laos, Cambodia. This presence contributes to business development, market expansion, and creates a solid foundation for international competition. In 2025, THILOGI will continue to expand its network with new branches in Shanghai (China) and California (USA).
THILOGI is expanding its network, service coverage, and effectively serving the domestic and international business community.
In order to approach new logistics trends, build a global network of agents and partners, THILOGI joins major logistics organizations such as: FIATA, WCA, FMC, VLA... thereby participating in direct negotiations, exploiting optimal international logistics costs and minimizing risks.
At the same time, promote the application of technology, gradually digitize management and operations to shorten processes, increase operational efficiency, and create convenience for customers to access international markets.
With a systematic and synchronous investment strategy, THILOGI is gradually positioning itself as a prestigious and professional logistics brand in Vietnam. In particular, Chu Lai International Port is being developed into a regional and global logistics center, playing an important role in the supply chain of goods in the Central region, Central Highlands, Southern Laos, Northern Cambodia and Northeast Thailand.
