Provincial Party Secretary Hoang Trung Dung requested the Drafting Committee to absorb the comments of the Provincial Party Committee to complete the resolution and project on Ha Tinh cultural development. On the afternoon of September 20, the Provincial Party Executive Committee held the 34th conference to give opinions on the draft Resolution on Developing Ha Tinh Culture and People to 2030, orientation for the following years; and to give opinions on a number of contents that the Provincial People's Committee Party Committee requested opinions on under the authority of the Provincial Party Executive Committee.

Provincial Party Secretary Hoang Trung Dung, Standing Deputy Secretary of the Provincial Party Committee Tran The Dung, and Chairman of the Provincial People's Committee Vo Trong Hai chaired the conference.

The draft resolution sets out the general goal of building and comprehensively developing Ha Tinh culture and people imbued with national spirit and homeland identity, selectively absorbing cultural values from outside. Giving opinions at the conference, delegates highly agreed on the issuance of the Resolution on the development of Ha Tinh culture and people to 2030, with orientations for the following years. Standing Deputy Secretary of the Provincial Party Committee Tran The Dung discussed the necessity and significance of issuing a resolution on cultural development.

Also at the conference, the Provincial Party Executive Committee gave opinions on the contents reported by the Party Executive Committee of the Provincial People's Committee on the promulgation of policies to support compensation, site clearance, and resettlement of the Project to build a water supply system for Vung Ang Economic Zone; the policy of supplementing the medium-term public investment plan of local budget capital for the period 2021 - 2025 for the Project to upgrade the office building and auxiliary items of the Provincial Inspectorate headquarters; the policy of adjusting the investment registration certificate of the Hanoi - Nghe Tinh Beer Factory Project.

Concluding the conference, Provincial Party Secretary Hoang Trung Dung acknowledged the contributions of the Provincial Party Committee members on the contents for which opinions were sought. At the same time, he requested the Drafting Committee of the resolution and project to absorb, study and make appropriate additions and amendments.

Delving into the content of the draft Resolution on Developing Ha Tinh Culture and People to 2030, with orientations for the following years, the Provincial Party Secretary affirmed that cultural development is the task of the entire political system from the province to the grassroots level. At the same time, it was agreed that the name of the resolution would be Developing Ha Tinh Culture and the resolution must mention the content of people.

The Provincial Party Secretary noted that the Drafting Committee needs to clarify the identity of Ha Tinh people; clearly analyze the causes of limitations and shortcomings in cultural development in recent times, thereby building comprehensive, typical and practical indicators; research and pay attention to indicators on folk songs and Vi-Giam; have solutions to promote the functions of village cultural houses and residential groups in developing community culture.

The Provincial Party Secretary also requested that Party committees and authorities at all levels thoroughly grasp and widely disseminate the Party, State and province's guiding viewpoints on the cultural field; pay attention to building a culture of hospitality and friendliness of Ha Tinh people; develop unique and typical cultural products; add literary and artistic values to resolutions and projects; focus on skills education for youth and children.

The Provincial Party Secretary also basically agreed with the contents that the Provincial People's Committee Party Committee reported to the Provincial Party Committee for comments at this conference.
