On the morning of March 1, the People's Council of Hau Loc district, term XX, 2021 - 2026, held the 11th session (Special session).

Speaking at the opening of the 11th session (Special Session), 20th term, 2021 - 2026, Secretary of the District Party Committee, Chairman of the District People's Council Hoang Anh Tuan affirmed: 2024 is a very important year to complete the goals of the 5-year Socio-Economic Development Plan 2021 - 2025. Therefore, from the beginning of 2024, on the basis of the Resolution of the District People's Council, the District People's Committee has urgently deployed tasks on socio-economic development, security and defense and has achieved initial results.

Chairman of the District People's Committee Nguyen Minh Hoang approved the proposal to elect additional members of the People's Committee of Hau Loc district, term XX, 2021 - 2026.

Up to now, the whole district has completed spring crop cultivation with nearly 6,200 hectares, achieving the set plan; aquatic product output is estimated at 4,006 tons, up 19% over the same period; industrial and handicraft production have both increased; the value of exported goods is estimated at 12.3 million USD, up 2.5% over the same period.

Several projects have been started, completed and accelerated. Budget revenue reached 1/4 of the yearly plan. The first commune of the district has been recognized as meeting the criteria of a model new-style rural commune and there is one more advanced new-style rural commune; procedures have been completed and a report has been submitted to the Central Government for appraisal and recognition of Hau Loc as a new-style rural district.

Delegates of Hau Loc District People's Council voted to elect additional members of the District People's Committee for the 20th term, 2021 - 2026.

After 1/2 day of urgent and serious work, the 11th Session (Special Session), the People's Council of Hau Loc district, term XX, term 2021 - 2026, reviewed, issued and passed 4 resolutions: Resolution confirming the results of the election of additional members of the People's Committee of Hau Loc district, term XX, term 2021 - 2026, in charge of Public Security for Mr. Hoang Van Toan, Head of Hau Loc District Police; Resolution on adding a number of projects to the Medium-term Public Investment Plan of the district budget, period 2021 - 2025; Resolution on deciding on the investment policy for the project of Renovation and repair of the office building of Hau Loc District Police; Resolution approving the Land Use Plan for 2024, Hau Loc district, Thanh Hoa province.

Comrade Hoang Anh Tuan, Secretary of the District Party Committee, Chairman of the District People's Council closed the meeting.

Immediately after the meeting, the District People's Council requested the District People's Committee, all levels, sectors, agencies and units to concretize the Resolutions passed at the meeting; at the same time, promote the achievements and results that have been achieved, continue to be proactive, innovative, creative and flexible in directing, managing and operating, using all measures to effectively overcome shortcomings and limitations to successfully carry out the task of socio-economic recovery and development; focus all resources and solutions to promote and accelerate the resolution of difficult and long-standing problems, bringing high efficiency, meeting the legitimate aspirations of voters and people in the district; implement the program and plan ahead of schedule and with high efficiency.
