Hanoi Economy - 70 years for the goal of circular and sustainable development

Kinhtedothi - With the desire to help readers and people have an overview of the achievements in Hanoi's economic development since 1954, on the morning of September 25, Kinh te & Do thi Newspaper coordinated with units to organize an online discussion with the topic: "Hanoi's economy - 70 years for the goal of circular and sustainable development".

Resolution No. 15-NQ/TW of the Politburo has determined the economic development goals of Hanoi as follows: The average GRDP growth rate in the 2021 - 2025 period is higher than the average growth rate of the whole country; GRDP in the 2026 - 2030 period increases by 8 - 8.5%/year; GRDP per capita reaches 12,000 - 13,000 USD, by 2045, GRDP per capita reaches over 36,000 USD. Therefore, it is necessary to assess the ability to achieve the above goals. What synchronous solutions does the Hanoi City Government need to implement?

In particular, Hanoi is currently implementing the Capital Law 2024, to develop Hanoi to be worthy of being a political, economic and cultural center. From the perspective of experts, how should Hanoi take advantage of the Capital Law to achieve the goal of socio-economic development and what changes are expected in the economic and social development of Hanoi Capital.
