International cooperation to develop social housing "Singapore standard"

After more than a year of researching the market and social housing segment, Kim Oanh Group has completed a project to develop social housing and low-income housing with two development phases from now until 2028.

Ms. Dang Thi Kim Oanh - Chairman of KOG shared information about international cooperation in building social housing according to Singapore standards in Vietnam.

Specifically, Kim Oanh Group aims to develop 26 projects (including 23 social housing projects and 3 low-income housing projects) with a total of about 40,000 products; the total investment is about 31,000 billion VND. In phase 1, from now until 2026, Kim Oanh Group will introduce 14 projects with 25,000 products to the market. In 2023 alone, it will introduce 4,800 low-rise and high-rise social housing products to the market in Binh Duong and Dong Nai.

Kim Oanh Group's projects all meet the criteria of being human-centered, aesthetically designed but airy, energy-saving and low operating costs. In particular, Kim Oanh Group will optimize the project development process, from design, material selection to construction to bring perfect housing solutions for workers with quality products, full amenities but reasonable prices.

With the desire to "create 'Singapore-standard' social housing projects for Vietnamese families", on July 14, Kim Oanh Group signed a strategic cooperation agreement with Surbana Jurong Group. Accordingly, in addition to commercial projects, Surbana Jurong also joins Kim Oanh Group in developing social housing projects with the expectation of contributing to improving the quality of life for people living in the projects. Because Surbana Jurong is a group with global operating experience and has participated in the development of more than 80% of social housing in Singapore.

Superior policy of Legacy Prime commercial apartment

Faced with the urgent housing needs of the people but the real estate price level is high, Kim Oanh Group is currently developing the Legacy Prime commercial apartment project in the center of Thuan An City, Binh Duong Province, with prices starting from only 900 million VND/apartment. This is a product segment that has long disappeared from the real estate market.

Legacy Prime project is expected to be handed over before Tet.

In addition to the most attractive price on the market, Kim Oanh Group also announced a special incentive policy for customers who buy the last basket of Legacy Prime. Accordingly, customers only have to pay 99 million VND to sign an apartment purchase contract. Customers in need will be supported by the bank to borrow 80% of the contract value, with a principal grace period of up to 36 months.

In addition, customers who buy apartments are also committed by Kim Oanh Group to re-lease for 36 months with a total value of up to 216 million VND. Customers who choose to receive the house to live in will still receive 50% of the committed rental amount.
