On December 18, the event "City Sale - Branded Goods Promotion Season 2 2024" organized by the Ho Chi Minh City People's Committee and the Ho Chi Minh City Department of Industry and Trade was opened at Menas Mall (Tan Binh District).

Specifically At the first floor lobby of Menas, a series of famous brands such as Gucci, Burberry, Hugo Boss, Chloe, Tommy Hilfiger... launched attractive discounts of 50-80%, attracting a large number of buyers.

Shoes and clothes at deep discounts

Cosmetics and perfume stalls... are often in prominent locations, offering 20-30% discounts, some products even have deep discounts of up to 70-80%.

On the 2nd floor, clothing and shoe stalls from famous brands such as May 28, An Phuoc, Pierre Cardin... also launched a series of promotions, attracting a large number of buyers.

Happy to buy a pair of shoes at a 50% discount for more than 1.2 million VND, Ms. Ngo Thi Bong (Tan Binh) said that there are hundreds of brands with discounts, but because they are branded products, even though they have applied deep promotions, the prices of many products such as shoes, perfumes, watches... are still up to millions of VND.

According to observations, clothing products are often cheaper, many places sell for a few hundred thousand VND/product after applying the discount, so they attract more customers. However, there are many cases where customers have difficulty choosing a satisfactory product due to the wrong size or color.

Talking to Tuoi Tre Online on December 18, the organizers said that this event is divided into 2 promotional periods at 5 shopping malls in 14 days, with almost all major brands offering deep discounts appearing at all locations.

Accordingly, the first phase from December 18 to 25 at Union Square Shopping Center (District 1) with more than 200 booths; Menas Mall Shopping Center (Tan Binh District) with more than 70 booths.

Phase 2 from December 27, 2024 to January 1, 2025 at Gigamall Shopping Center (Thu Duc City) with more than 38 booths; Vincom Dong Khoi (District 1) with more than 65 booths; SC VivoCity (District 7) with about 100 booths taking place on 3 floors. Vincom Dong Khoi will be deployed on December 26.

In particular, this is also the first time that genuine luxury perfume brands in Vietnam such as Gucci, Burberry, Chloe, Parco, JG, Hugo Boss, MJ, CK, Tommy... have joined in offering discounts of up to 80%.

Livestream throughout, people in the province can also buy easily

Right at the offline center, the organizers said they will create livestream combinations throughout the 14-day event. Invited streamers from Ho Chi Minh City and other provinces will call and encourage customers in the city and neighboring provinces to come experience and shop.

Along with the theme "Mega City", customers in 63 provinces and cities can also participate in "sale hunting" for genuine branded goods through consecutive live sessions. Orders and products are controlled to ensure safety, then transferred to a delivery unit to deliver to customers.
