From the afternoon of November 30, in the Gulf of Tonkin, there will be strong northeast winds of level 6, sometimes level 7, gusting to level 8, waves 2-4 m high, rough seas; in the northern East Sea (including the waters of the Hoang Sa archipelago), there will be strong northeast winds of level 6-7, gusting to level 8-9, waves 4-6 m high. From December 1, the sea area from Quang Tri to Quang Ngai and the northern part of the central East Sea will have northeast winds gradually increasing to level 6, gusting to level 7-8, waves 2-3.5 m high, rough seas.
Mr. Tuan commented that this winter, the cold air is weaker than the average of many years, and the temperature is higher. It is likely that severe cold will appear later (the first severe cold spell of winter 2022 will appear at the end of December 2022, similar to the average of many years).
