On August 23, at the Ho Chi Minh City Museum (District 1), the Hanoi People's Committee in coordination with the Ho Chi Minh City People's Committee opened the thematic exhibition "Imperial Citadel of Thang Long - Hanoi, Heritage for the Future" and "Temple of Literature - Quoc Tu Giam, the Quintessence of Vietnamese Confucianism". The exhibition space "Imperial Citadel of Thang Long - Hanoi, Heritage for the Future" with 150 documents, images, artifacts, introduces the important milestone of becoming a world heritage site in 2010 of the heritage site and the outstanding global values ​​recognized by UNESCO. Here also introduces the system of typical relics and artifacts of the Imperial Citadel of Thang Long over more than 1000 years of history such as: Ky Dai, Doan Mon, Dien Kinh Thien, Hau Lau... Especially here, the collection of dragon and phoenix artifacts; the collection through the Ly, Tran, Le So, Mac, Le Trung Hung dynasties at the Imperial Citadel of Thang Long Heritage Site is highlighted. The exhibition “Van Mieu - Quoc Tu Giam, the quintessence of Vietnamese philosophy” introduces the process of formation and development of Van Mieu - Quoc Tu Giam and the learning journey of a Confucian scholar under the ancient education system from the time he first learned the first letters to when he passed the exam and became talented, bringing his talent to serve the country. In addition to scientific documents and pictures, the exhibition is also harmoniously interwoven with modern technological solutions such as 3D mapping projection, virtual reality technology, artificial intelligence AI... Comrade Do Dinh Hong, Director of the Hanoi Department of Culture and Sports, said that the exhibitions “Thang Long Imperial Citadel - Hanoi, Heritage for the Future” and “Van Mieu - Quoc Tu Giam, the quintessence of Vietnamese philosophy” held at the Ho Chi Minh City Museum are practical activities, contributing to promoting the unique and eternal cultural values ​​of Thang Long - Hanoi.

Through the exhibition, the Organizing Committee wishes to introduce to visitors and the public of Ho Chi Minh City the precious heritage of Thang Long - Hanoi, especially the heritages recognized by UNESCO.
