Speaking at the groundbreaking ceremony, Ms. Huynh Thanh Thao congratulated Mr. Ngo Van Luu's family on being selected to build a house; requested the ward leaders to direct the construction of the house to ensure the correct schedule, design, and project estimate with the best quality for the family's safe and long-term use. At the same time, she wished Mr. Ngo Van Luu's family to settle down, have a good job, overcome difficulties, and rise up in life.

Responding to the emulation movement to join hands to eliminate temporary and dilapidated houses nationwide in 2025 launched by the Prime Minister, the City Red Cross Association mobilized the Can Tho Lottery State-owned Company to support 200 million VND to build 4 houses. This is a project to welcome Party congresses at all levels; celebrate the 135th anniversary of Uncle Ho's birthday; and respond to the Humanitarian Month in 2025.
