TPO - After the launching ceremony of the 2024 Summer Youth Volunteer Campaign, Ms. Ho Hong Nguyen - Head of the School Youth Committee, Central Youth Union and delegates attended the groundbreaking ceremony for the construction of the "House of Charity", the inauguration of the youth project "Lighting up the Countryside" and the launch of the "Fixed Voluntary Blood Donation Point" in Hai Phong City.

On the morning of May 26, after the launching ceremony of the 2024 Summer Youth Volunteer Campaign was launched in Thuy Nguyen district (Hai Phong city), Ms. Ho Hong Nguyen - Head of the School Youth Committee, Central Youth Union led working group No. 4 to attend the groundbreaking ceremony to build a "House of Love" for Mr. Tran Van Dung's family in Ha Luan 2 village, Hoa Binh commune (Thuy Nguyen district).

The "House of Love" project is one of the meaningful activities within the 2024 Summer Youth Volunteer Campaign. At the ceremony, the sponsor representative presented a symbolic plaque to sponsor the family of Mr. Tran Van Dung, residing in Ha Luan 2 village, Hoa Binh commune (Thuy Nguyen, Hai Phong) to build a house worth 80 million VND.

Immediately afterwards, the delegates performed the groundbreaking ceremony for the construction of the "House of Love" in the presence of the local government, people, and youth union members.

After that, the delegation attended the inauguration ceremony of the youth project "Lighting up the countryside" in village 12, Chinh My commune (Thuy Nguyen district, Hai Phong city). Also attending the delegates were local authorities and people of village 12, Chinh My commune.

Delegates performed the inauguration ceremony of the youth project "Lighting up the countryside". The project was carried out to promote the initiative and creativity of the Youth Union at all levels and the spirit of volunteerism of young people in carrying out projects and tasks for youth to participate in building new rural areas.

The project aims to promote the use of solar power to minimize environmental impacts towards sustainable development, contributing to improving and enhancing the quality of life for people. At the same time, it raises awareness among union members, youth and local people about the Party's policies and guidelines on new rural construction.

Also on the morning of May 26, delegates of Working Group No. 4 (Central Youth Union) performed the launching ceremony of the "Fixed Voluntary Blood Donation Point" and participated in the 2024 voluntary blood donation festival held at the student housing area in Kenh Duong ward (Le Chan district, Hai Phong city).

Ms. Ho Hong Nguyen - Head of the School Youth Union, Central Youth Union visited and gave flowers to volunteers participating in the blood donation festival.

During the launching ceremony of the "Fixed Voluntary Blood Donation Point" in Hai Phong City, hundreds of youth union members and residents of the Port City came to register to donate blood. The launch of the fixed blood donation point will help create favorable conditions for blood donors to regularly and proactively choose a time that suits them, without having to wait for blood donation campaigns. Thereby, improving the efficiency of continuous blood collection, expanding the donor population, helping patients receive timely emergency support and treatment.
