On the morning of October 1, at Thai Binh Provincial Political School, the Provincial Party Standing Committee coordinated with the Regional Political Academy I to organize the opening ceremony of the advanced political theory class, non-concentrated system K71.B11, course 2024 - 2026.

Attending the event were comrades: Nguyen Tien Thanh, Standing Deputy Secretary of the Provincial Party Committee, Chairman of the Provincial People's Council; Pham Van Tuan, Member of the Provincial Party Committee Standing Committee, Head of the Provincial Party Committee's Organization Board.
The course was attended by 35 students who are leaders and managers of localities, agencies and units planned for positions under the management of the Provincial Party Committee Standing Committee and localities, agencies and units. The course will equip students with basic knowledge of Marxism-Leninism, Ho Chi Minh Thought; the Party's viewpoints and guidelines, policies and laws of the State; leadership and management skills, professional work of the Party, government, and mass organizations and some contents on administrative science. In addition, students will exchange, discuss and share experiences, good practices, and practical solutions to overcome difficulties and obstacles in their work at localities, agencies and units, contributing to the quality and effective implementation of political tasks of localities and units.

Speaking at the opening ceremony, Comrade Nguyen Tien Thanh, Standing Deputy Secretary of the Provincial Party Committee, Chairman of the Provincial People's Council, requested the leaders of the Regional Political Academy I and teachers to create the best conditions in terms of content, curriculum and teaching methods for students to proactively study and research, creating opportunities for students to apply the knowledge, skills and theories they have learned to effectively perform assigned tasks. Students clearly defined their goals and motivations and promoted the spirit of learning, strictly following discipline and order in the classroom. The Provincial Party Committee's Organizing Committee coordinated with the Provincial Political School to manage and create the best conditions for students to access knowledge; strictly maintain the rules and regulations to ensure that the course is truly serious and of high quality.
