Heebab (28 years old) is one of the famous YouTubers who makes mukbang clips (eating and filming at the same time) in Korea with a personal channel with more than 1.67 million followers.

In December 2024, Heebab first came to Ho Chi Minh City and was impressed with the local cuisine. Among them, she especially loved pho. “In Vietnam, pho is the best dish,” Heebab commented.

Because he is so fond of the Vietnamese "national" dish, in January 2025, the Korean "foodie" decided to return to Ho Chi Minh City to enjoy a series of attractive pho dishes.

The place that Heebab visited was a famous pho restaurant located on Pham Thai Buong Street (District 7). During her trip in December 2024, she came here and was attracted by the delicious pho dishes on the menu.

At the restaurant, in addition to the traditional chicken pho dish priced at 40,000 VND/bowl (small size), Heebab decided to try some unique pho dishes, including Australian beef rib pho, Kobe beef pho, and spicy mixed pho.

She tried the chicken pho first and found it delicious, finishing it all in just a few minutes. “The chicken was chewy but still soft, and went really well with the broth and pho noodles,” Heebab shared her thoughts.

Next, the Korean female tourist enjoyed the Australian beef rib pho. She commented that the beef ribs were stewed until soft and easy to eat.

“The beef ribs are delicious, much more delicious than I imagined. When you dip them in the special sauce, you will find the ribs even more delicious,” said Heebab.

The famous Korean YouTuber also admitted that the pho broth changes significantly when spices like chili are added.

Heebab's spicy mixed pho dish is attractive in both appearance and taste.

After finishing the beef rib pho, Heebab continued to experience the pho dish he was most looking forward to - spicy mixed pho.

She expressed her impression of the attractive appearance of the dish, which includes many different types of beef and pho, mixed with a thick, colorful sauce.

“The noodle soup is spicy and the sauce is a bit like jajangmyeon (black bean noodles) in Korea. But at first glance, I also think it looks a bit like ramen (a typical Japanese noodle dish),” the female YouTuber said.

“This pho is really delicious. The beef is also tender and very tasty. It is no coincidence that it is the best-selling dish here,” commented 9X.

The 28-year-old customer said that Kobe beef pho was the most expensive of all the pho dishes she had tried, but the quality was completely worth the price.

“This pho is expensive, but I think Koreans will like it because it suits their taste. The broth is clear and has a natural sweetness,” Heebab said.

To sum up the meal, Heebab enjoyed 4 servings of pho by himself, spending nearly 400,000 VND. Of which, Australian beef rib pho cost 99,000 VND and special spicy mixed pho cost 85,000 VND.
