In fact, in recent days, Noi Bai has recorded that there are time frames, especially from about 8:00 p.m. to midnight, when a large number of international passengers and their families gather in the public lobby, check-in area, etc., and the authorities have to make every effort to ensure security, order, and traffic flow for passengers.
Due to the high number of passengers, passengers flying international flights through Noi Bai airport during this time need to pay close attention to ensure quick completion of all aviation procedures to avoid delays and missed flights.
Passengers should be proactive in arriving at least 3 hours before departure time. After successfully checking in, they should quickly move to the restricted area to complete the following procedures.
Passengers with diplomatic immunity, people with revolutionary contributions, the elderly, people with disabilities, pregnant women over 7 months, and passengers with children under 2 years old are allowed to go through the priority lane.
Vietnamese citizens with diplomatic or official passports/ ABTC cards/ Crew members on outbound flights are registered and use the Autogate.

Limit relatives from picking up and seeing off passengers to create a smooth flow of traffic for passengers. At the same time, passengers' relatives need to follow the instructions to pick up and see off passengers in the right designated area, ensuring security and order at the Port. Note that during peak hours, especially in the evening, the Port flexibly applies the plan to limit people seeing off passengers, and relatives of passengers will not be allowed inside the procedure area, to prioritize space and convenient movement for passengers.
Passengers are encouraged to download and use the iNIA application on their smartphones to track flight information, flight times, flight dates, check-in counters, departure gates or any changes to their flights.
