The source also informed that the budget for purchasing health insurance cards for subjects supported by the state budget in 2024 according to the capital plan is 305,784 billion VND. As of May 31, 122,656 billion VND has been implemented, reaching 40.11% of the estimate. As for the budget to support electricity bills for poor households and policy households in 2024, the capital plan is 6,378 billion VND. The implementation results up to May 31 were 1,720 billion VND, reaching 26.97% of the estimate. For the remaining budget, the Provincial People's Committee will assign the Department of Finance to continue to monitor, appraise and allocate to implementing units according to actual needs.
