In addition, the FPT Shop and F.Studio by FPT retail systems also implement the "12-month, 1-for-1 exchange privilege". Specifically, during the 12 months, if the device in use has a manufacturer defect, the customer will immediately be exchanged for a new device, 100% sealed, with a new 12-month warranty period. Thus, customers can use a new device instead of having to use a repaired device under warranty, and can receive a 23-month warranty if the product has a manufacturer defect in the 11th month because then the customer can exchange a new device for a full 12-month warranty, and especially, the customer almost does not have to wait for the warranty when exchanging a new device only takes 24 hours in addition to receiving and exchanging the device at home.
