Following the success in Indonesia, India, Malaysia and Ho Chi Minh City (December 2022). This year, the exhibition chain has increased in scale with over 550 booths divided into corresponding industry areas: Mother and Baby Products & Children's Toys (IBTE); Gifts & Household Goods (IGHE); Electronics & Smart Devices (IEAE).

In 2023, the exhibition series continues to receive support from the Ministry of Industry and Trade, organized by VINEXAD & CHAOUY EXPO Company, in coordination with the Vietnam Association for Consumer Goods Development (VACOD) and the Vietnam Electronics Enterprises Association (VEIA).

As the most professional B2B exhibition on toys and children's products in Vietnam, IBTE 2023 with an exhibition area of 1,000m2 will feature 200 factories specializing in exporting products for mothers and babies; toys, children's products, and trendy entertainment to meet the needs of children aged 0-14.

The organization of the International Exhibition of Children's Products and Toys aims to help companies connect supply and demand effectively, with the long-term goal of building IBTE into the most professional and influential B2B exhibition on toys and children's products in Southeast Asia.

In addition to pursuing innovations in product design and creativity, consumers' toy choices are increasingly diverse, from different materials to product functions, children's educational toys, assembly toys, remote controls, electronic game consoles, multimedia games, etc.

In addition, safety and high quality issues have become a new direction for the young generation of parents when shopping for products for their children, especially in choosing safe products such as: baby strollers, baby carriers, walkers, high chairs, milk bottles and nutrition-related products.

With a market size of over 7 billion USD/year, the proportion of children aged 0-14 accounting for nearly 40% of the nearly 90 million population, plus an improving standard of living, the Vietnamese toy market is welcoming the increase of toy brands in the world.

According to Grand View Research, the global baby products market size was valued at US$38.82 billion in 2021 and is expected to expand at a compound annual growth rate (CAGR) of 18.9% from 2022 to 2030. In Southeast Asia, Vietnam is a potential market with the highest proportion of households with children.

Of these, 12% of households have children under 1 year old and 20% of households have children aged 1-2 years old. This is a segment that promotes the consumption of mother and baby products and children's toys with great potential that businesses have not yet fully exploited.

On average, nationwide, each parent spends about 500,000 VND/month on a child. In Ho Chi Minh City alone, this spending is three times higher, about 1.5 million VND/month.
