According to the Report of the Women's Union of Van Lang district, implementing Content 3, Project 8 on "Ensuring the voice and substantive participation of women and children in socio-economic development activities of the community; monitoring and criticism; supporting women to participate in leadership in the political system", in 2023, the Women's Union of the district trained and guided dialogue for Party cell secretaries, village heads, heads of the Village Front Work Committee, cadres, and heads of the Women's Union with 5 classes for 233 delegates to participate in the training.
Implementing the plan of the Standing Committee of the District Women's Union, the communes organized 12 direct dialogue conferences between the Party Committee, the government and the cadres and women's union members of 12 communes, with 450 women's union member households participating in the dialogue.
