In particular, the Trade - Service sector has made a breakthrough, reaching 6,506.3 billion VND, up 42.9% over the same period. The progress of state budget collection has improved with 9/9 basic revenue items meeting the progress. Bac Phong Sinh border gate has been recognized by the Government as the Bac Phong Sinh (Vietnam) - Ly Hoa (China) customs clearance route belonging to the Hoanh Mo - Dong Trung bilateral border gate pair. Import-export turnover in 6 months reached 33.796 million USD, up 77.2% over the same period. The investment and business environment has been positively improved, the district has attracted 3 foreign-invested enterprises to invest in the district, with a registered capital of 387.235 million USD. The new rural construction program has had a clear change, in which Quang Minh and Cai Chien communes were recognized by the Provincial People's Committee as communes meeting advanced new rural standards.
