The Ea Kar District Farmers' Association currently has 220 branches with 19,892 members. In 2023, the district will have 17,448 member households registered for good production and business (achieving 129.2% of the assigned target). Through evaluation, 10,580 households have achieved the title of good production and business farmers at all levels.
To support members in developing production and business, the association at all levels has coordinated with competent authorities to organize training, seminars, and technical guidance for farmer members to build high-tech crop and livestock models, implement digital transformation and sustainable agricultural production; establish 2 cooperatives, 6 cooperative groups, and 5 professional farmer associations to develop collective economic models, link production according to the value chain, create clean, high-quality products, and meet market demand.

The district's association levels have also supported farmer members to consume 620 tons of products, put 14 products on e-commerce platforms; coordinated the organization of 12 vocational training classes on cultivation and animal husbandry for farmers; and supported members to buy 107 tons of fertilizer on deferred payment.
In addition, the association at all levels continued to mobilize and build the Farmers Support Fund. During the year, the district-level fund increased by 374.8 million VND, with a cumulative loan of over 2.1 billion VND to date; in coordination with the district Social Policy Bank, the loan was over 46.4 billion VND, raising the total outstanding balance of policy credit programs in the district to over 188.3 billion VND, lending to 4,541 households.
Associations at all levels in the district have mobilized good production and business households to support capital, working days, plants, seeds, and production experience to help 15 poor and disadvantaged farmer members escape poverty.
