Ea H'leo District: Budget revenue reached 211%

On December 15th, the Standing Committee of the Ea H'leo District Party Committee held the 15th expanded meeting of the District Party Committee to evaluate the results of tasks performed in 2023 and provide feedback on the draft Resolution for 2024.

Comrades Bun Thó Lào, Provincial Party Committee member and District Party Secretary; Bùi Thị Hà Giang , Deputy District Party Secretary and Chairwoman of the District People's Council; and Nguyễn Văn Hà, Deputy District Party Secretary and Chairman of the District People's Committee, co-chaired the conference.

In 2023, the District Party Committee focused on leading and directing local Party committees and authorities to mobilize all resources to implement socio-economic development tasks and ensure national defense and security. As a result, 9 out of 19 targets were met or exceeded, including: economic growth rate increased by 9.4%; average per capita production value reached 106 million VND/person/year; total budget revenue was estimated at 230.931 billion VND (reaching 211.6% of the provincial budget estimate, an increase of 46.4% compared to the same period in 2022); the poverty rate decreased by 1.15% compared to the previous year...

Party building and strengthening the political system were intensified, with 151 new party members admitted, exceeding the assigned target; the fight against corruption and negative phenomena was decisively led and directed; the activities of the government, the Fatherland Front, and political and social organizations showed many positive changes; the socio-cultural sector continued to receive attention, and social security was ensured. National defense was maintained, with the troop recruitment rate reaching 100% of the target; the 2023 district-level defense zone exercise was organized safely and achieved excellent results; the political security situation and social order remained stable…

At the conference, delegates were divided into three groups to focus on discussing and clarifying the difficulties, shortcomings, and limitations mentioned in the report. They also contributed opinions to the Draft Program for Party Inspection, Supervision, and Disciplinary Enforcement of the District Party Committee; and the Draft Work Program of the District Party Committee for 2024. Furthermore, they adopted the 2024 Resolution with many key objectives, tasks, and solutions.
