On the occasion of the 79th anniversary of the National Day of the Socialist Republic of Vietnam (September 2, 1945 - September 2, 2024), the Vietnam Youth Union, the Department of Foreign Information (Ministry of Information and Communications), the TikTok platform, along with Schannel Network, launched the National Day Campaign (#NgayQuocKhanh) to spread the national spirit and love for the Fatherland through activities towards the national flag.

Taking the image of the national flag as the center, through communication activities, "covering" social networking sites in red, the National Day communication campaign on September 2 aims to express the national spirit and love for the Fatherland that always exists in every Vietnamese person.

In addition, the campaign also aims to respond to and spread the positive image of Vietnam through the Happy Vietnam 2024 Photo and Video Contest launched by the Ministry of Information and Communications on the platform to promote Vietnam's image at https://happy.vietnam.vn.

Targeting content creators, KOLs (influencers) and people nationwide, the campaign was launched with the focus of launching the hashtag #NgayQuocKhanh on the TikTok platform.

With the support of TikTok platform, the Vietnam Youth Union, the Department of Foreign Information (Ministry of Information and Communications) and Schannel Network, we have launched a trending video with the theme: Spreading national spirit and love for the Fatherland on the occasion of National Day September 2 with the main hashtags #NgayQuockhanh, #ToiYeuToQuocToi and #happyvietnam.

Accordingly, from August 26 to September 5, content creators and user communities will "cover" TikTok in red by simultaneously posting content expressing national spirit and love for the Fatherland on September 2 through special effects to help spread the image of the Vietnamese national flag.

The campaign aims to spread national pride and love for the Fatherland through the image of the Vietnamese National Flag.

News content, vlogs, and historical stories about National Day and Uncle Ho will also be shared by content creators. The #BookTok community will also share books and stories about the heroic history of the Vietnamese people right on the platform.

The organizers hope that all Vietnamese people participating in content platforms and social networks, no matter who they are, what they are doing, or where they are, when hearing the call of the Fatherland, will turn to the National Flag with all solemnity and pride, record that moment and post it on social networks.

In addition, with the implementation of the "Flag Alley" - Welcoming September 2nd - "covering" the living space with national flags tied together and hung high, simulating the famous "Flag Alleys", it will contribute to spreading love for the national flag, for the country from the simplest and closest things through decorating each individual's living space into the most brilliant and proud "Flag Alleys".

The main event taking place on National Day September 2, 2024 focuses on the image of the National Flag appearing and "covering" all the streets with the color of pride.

Accordingly, on the morning of September 2, Schannel will cooperate with the management units of giant LED screens in major provinces and cities across the country such as: Hanoi, Ho Chi Minh City, Da Nang, Nghe An, Hai Phong, Hai Duong, Thanh Hoa, Can Tho... to deploy the activity of displaying images of the national flag from 5:00 to 6:00 a.m. and repeat throughout the day.

The campaign is an opportunity for people across the country to express their love for the Fatherland and national pride.

Also in the morning of the same day, Schannel Network will broadcast a video: Campaign to spread national spirit and love for the Fatherland, recording the moment when KOLs nationwide accompanied a large number of youth union members from ministries, departments and branches present at 7 locations in Hanoi and Ho Chi Minh City to perform the solemn and proud flag-saluting ceremony before the national flag.

The campaign aims to contribute to covering social networks with beautiful images of the National Flag of all people across the country, as well as abroad, with the message: "Wherever you are, on September 2, let's all look towards the National Flag with the pride of a Vietnamese person".

The campaign will take place simultaneously on online channels, combined with offline filming activities at locations across the country, with the expectation that the campaign's chain of activities will reach 100 million views and interactions on social networking platforms.
