Hue looks forward to National Tourism Year - Hue 2025

Thai Hoa Palace - a typical construction in Hue Imperial City has just been opened to the public and tourists. After a long period of restoration, this palace has received great impression and attention from the public and international friends.

This year, after becoming a centrally-governed city, Hue city expects that the organization of the National Tourism Year - Hue 2025 including Hue Festival will be an important boost to help the socio -economic and tourism development of Hue city.

For the success of National Tourism Year 2025, Hue will focus all resources and prepare carefully with the meaningful theme "Hue - Ancient Capital, New Opportunities".

Activities organized within the framework of the National Tourism Year and Hue Festival 2025 will focus on 4 main program groups: Spring Festival "Spring of the Ancient Capital", Summer Festival "Shining Imperial City", Autumn Festival "Hue in Autumn", Winter Festival "Winter of Hue", with more than 170 national and provincial events.

Among the above activities, there will be 4 key activities: The opening ceremony of "National Tourism Year - Hue 2025" combined with the fireworks display to celebrate the 50th anniversary of the Liberation Day of Thua Thien Hue province taking place on the evening of March 25; International conference on cultural industries - the foundation for sustainable tourism development on March 25; Cultural - tourism festival and program to introduce tourism, cuisine, Vietnamese craft villages, connecting businesses on the occasion of National Tourism Year 2025 in the European market scheduled for June and the closing ceremony of "National Tourism Year - Hue 2025" at the end of December.

With a good foundation of cultural heritage, Hue city is determined to create a breakthrough for Hue tourism in 2025, ready to develop strongly on the foundation of the ancient capital with new opportunities in a new era of the country.
