(Chinhphu.vn) - The Ministry of Information and Communications has just signed a cooperation agreement with the Vietnam Federation of Commerce and Industry on supporting investment promotion and trade of Make in Vietnam digital technology products to serve digital transformation, digital economic development, and digital society in the 2024-2026 period, with a vision to 2030.

Specifically, the content of the cooperation agreement between the Ministry of Information and Communications and the Vietnam Federation of Commerce and Industry focuses on the following main contents: Consulting, consulting on building strategies, digital transformation plans, development policy environment, in which the Ministry of Information and Communications will advise and support the building of strategies, plans, and digital transformation programs for the Vietnam Federation of Commerce and Industry. The Vietnam Federation of Commerce and Industry will propose solutions, environments, and policies to create and support markets for Vietnamese digital technology enterprises. At the same time, support trade promotion, investment in products, solutions, and digital technology services Make in Vietnam to serve digital transformation, develop the digital economy and digital society for the domestic market. The two sides will carry out activities such as: propaganda, investigation, survey of digital transformation needs of enterprises, trade promotion conferences, supply and demand connection..., especially the selection and ordering of 10 typical Make in Vietnam digital technology products, solutions and services in 10 fields for pilot implementation serving digital transformation at the Vietnam Federation of Commerce and Industry and member enterprises, in order to evaluate and replicate the implementation of products that bring practical effects to people and enterprises... Support market development, investment in foreign markets for Make in Vietnam digital technology products. The two sides will carry out a number of activities such as: support for registration and protection of intellectual property rights and technology transfer abroad; connect and introduce trade partners, provide information, guidance, advice for enterprises and trade and investment promotion activities abroad...

To ensure the effectiveness of the cooperation agreement signed between the Ministry of Information and Communications and the Vietnam Federation of Commerce and Industry, within the framework of the event, the leaders of the Vietnam Federation of Commerce and Industry also signed a cooperation agreement to promote digital transformation with 6 large enterprises including: Viettel, VNPT, Mobifone, FPT, CMC and MISA. Representing the enterprises signing the cooperation agreement, Ms. Dinh Thi Thuy, General Director of Misa shared that the signing of the cooperation agreement today aims at 2 main purposes.
